Loise Marie Dougar, 61, of Port Arthur passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018 surrounded by her family.  A native of Lafayette, LA, she was a resident of Port Arthur since 1990.  Loise was a member of Word of God Teaching Center.

She leaves to cherish her memories her loving and devoted husband Michael Dougar; four daughters, Kizzy Chratain (Anthony), Deirdrae Mitchell (Torris), Dieshia Gipson and Raven Lashae: six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Floyd Armstead, Alex Armstead, Jr. (Dora),  and Gregory Armstead; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2018 at New Hope Baptist Church with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time.  Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
