This is a message form the City of Port Arthur Fire Department at this the City of Port Arthur Fire Department and Texas gas company is working a gas leak in the area of Lake Arthur Drive and 9th Avenue we are asking that all citizens in 1/4 quarter mile radius shelter in place. We are asking all other citizens avoid this area.
