Orange County deputy charged with indecent exposure

An Orange area man is no longer employed as a deputy after being charged with indecent exposure.

The incident allegedly occurred in April and a complaint was filed in May on an Orange County Sheriff’s deputy regarding a violation of the law. Due to the seriousness of the complaint, the deputy, identified as Brian Kenneth Foley, 48, was placed on administrative leave with pay pending an investigation, according to a press release from the OSCO.

The sheriff’s office conducted an investigation as well as a criminal investigation conducted by members of the sheriff’s office and the Texas Rangers.

Justice of the Peace Pct. 1 Judge Hershel Stagner issued a warrant for indecent exposure, a class B misdemeanor.

Foley was arrested and placed in the Orange County Jail on Aug. 10. He bonded out a short time later that day.

Foley is no longer employed by the sheriff’s office.
