Joanna Lee Pedigo, 48, of Pt. Neches, TX, passed away at her home on August 1, 2017, after a short illness. Born in Beaumont on May 2, 1969, Joanna was employed as sales manager for Lamar Outdoor Advertising in Beaumont for almost 25 years.

Her family, including her Lamar family, and many, many friends were an integral part of her life. We will always have happy memories of Joanna as a strong, creative woman with a can-do spirit, big heart, fondness for old movies, and wicked sense of humor. She was a skilled painter and enjoyed building furniture and decorating for her family and friends. On the weekends, Joanna was known for her trademark ball cap and ponytail.

She is survived by her daughter Clara Lee Pedigo and future son-in-law Colby Klima of Groves; parents Tanya and Michael Lee of Beaumont; sister Jennifer Lee Benton and husband Todd; nephews Owen and Adam Benton, niece Annabelle Benton, all of Beaumont; her partner-for-life Kevin Pedigo of Groves, and his parents Judy and Jerry Pedigo of Willis, TX; stepson Korey Pedigo and wife Danielle of Pt. Neches; grand daughters Tyler Marie Pedigo of Pt. Neches, and Mary Katherine Pedigo of California; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
