Port Arthur Police have identified the suspect in the burglary of King’s Pharmacy recently and are now asking the public’s help in locating the man.

Surveillance video showed a man dropping down from the ceiling of the pharmacy on July 14, his face uncovered when his mask fell off. The video was circulated and the information was placed on crime stoppers.

A warrant for burglary of a building was issued for Jovon Hopkins.

Persons with information about his whereabouts can call the PAPD at 983-8680.

Police originally responded to the call shortly before 6 a.m. at the pharmacy, 1948 Ninth Ave., according to information from the city of Port Arthur.

A number of items were stolen including narcotics.
