Pamela Clark Palmer, 63, of Village Mills, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Mid-Jeff Extended Care Hospital in Nederland. Pamela was born on November 30, 1953 in Tyler, Texas, to the late Milton Clark and Vera Lombardino Clark.

Pamela loved horses and animals of all kinds and was an award-winning Barrel Racer.

Pamela is survived by her loving husband, Richard Palmer of Village Mills; sons, Zachary Palmer of Nederland, Dillon Palmer and wife Ashley Palmer of Jacksonville, NC; brother, Wayne Clark of Tyler; sisters, Karla Morgan of Anahuac, Texas, Betty Croes and husband, Randy of River falls, Wisconsin; one grandson, Dalton Palmer and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.

In addition to her parents, Pamela is preceded in death by her sister, Diedra Clark.

A gathering of family and friends will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 9, 2017 with a Memorial Service beginning at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Andy Sink at Freedom Christian Fellowship located at 1406 Port Neches Avenue in Port Neches. Arrangements are under the direction of Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland.
