Oliva Acevedo, 69, passed April 6, 2017 peacefully at home surrounded by closest family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ernesto and Refugia Rodriguez, her son Eric Acevedo.

She leaves to remember her life and mourn her passing her loving husband Felipe Acevedo, five sons, Felipe, Jr. (Angela) Ernesto, Eleazar, Edelmiaro (Ashley) and Elio Acevedo. One daughter Cynthia(Torevio) Gonzales. Eight grndchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends

A celebration of her life will be held Friday, April 7, 2017 from 6-9 pm Rosary 7:30. Visitation from 8:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. Dismissal, service will be held at 10am Saturday at Moody-Harris Funeral Home Chapel.
