Felton Webb Martinez began his life as a gift to Franklin Webb and Cedy Martinez in the small village of Cabo Gracias, Nicaragua. In 1986, Felton moved to the United States and resided in Port Arthur for over 30 years. He was a fisherman and was loved by family and friends. He loved watching TV and sports with friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Franklin Webb; sister Ana Webb and brother William Chong.

Felton is survived by two daughters Cedi Elieth Webb and Mayarling Valeria Webb and his son, David Quintero; his mother Cedy Martinez; brothers Franklin Webb, Jr. and Rex Webb; sisters Sandra Webb, Susi Webb and Tele Webb; 7 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A wake service will be from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Monday, March 13, 2017 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel, 2500 Procter Street, Port Arthur, TX. Burial will be in Cabo Gracias Village, Nicaragua.
