KENNERSON EARNS FIRST-TEAM ALL-SWAC

Texas Southern guard Joyce Kennerson added a postseason honor to her second straight Southwestern Athletic Conference co-championship season.

The 2015 PA Memorial alumna was named first-team All-SWAC, the conference announced Monday. She and Artavia Ford, a second teamer, represent TSU on the All-SWAC list.

Kennerson averaged 17.5 points and 4 rebounds per game this regular season. She shot 40 percent from the floor and has 58 total steals.
