Retired Army Master Sergeant Earl Brydson, 87, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2017.

He was in the military for over 36 years and earned the bronze star for bravery while serving in Korea.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife and “Honey” of 52 years, Mrs. Alice Francis Brydson; sisters, Marie Dixon, Loraine Jones, Annie Hubbard, and Theresa Moore (Rev. Willie).

Master Sergeant Brydson will lie in repose on Friday, January 13 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at Douglas Memorial CME, 1370 Ewing St., Beaumont.  Funeral services will be on Saturday, January 14 at Douglas Memorial with visitation 9-10 a.m., funeral at 10.  Burial will be at Giddings City Cemetery, Giddings, Texas.  Tracy’s M.J.
