Sandra Denise Tyler Jefferson was born on August 11th 1958 to Louis H. Tyler and Edna E. Jackson in Port Arthur, Texas. She is a 1976 Lincoln High School graduate. She passed away on September 28th 2016 and leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband David Jefferson, Jr.; her only daughter Toyya Sigur Young; her parents Edna (Warren) Cooke and Louis (Francis) Tyler; her brother, Anthony Cooper; two grandchildren DayReon Jenkins and Jiana Young; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
