Estella Simon Clayton, 63, of Port Arthur, Texas died Sunday, September 18, 2016. She was born February 10, 1953 to the late Geneva Latulas and Amos Simon, Jr. She was a member of New St. John Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Madison Bazile. She graduated from Lincoln High School Class of 1971. Her residence for the past five years has been at Senior Rehabilitation Center.

Estella leaves to cherish her memories are one son, Charles Clayton; three daughters Cynthia Clayton Green, Latara Clayton, Erin Gunner; four sisters, Barbara Taylor, Houston, TX, Doris Latulas, Missouri City, TX, Jackie Higgins (Ronald), Rosharon, TX, Easter Feast (Leroy), Port Arthur, TX; stepfather, Rufus Latulas; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
