Mr. Edward Isedore, Sr., 92, of Port Arthur passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at home surrounded by his family. A native of Cade, Louisiana, he was a resident of Port Arthur for 68 years and was employed by Texaco, Inc. He was a long time member of Elvista Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph Isadore Sr., and Venus Fentroy Stewart; wife, Angelina Charles Isedore; brother, Ralph Isadore, Jr. and Albert Isidore; grandson Tashi N. Isedore; great-grandchildren, MaKaila Lyons and Christian Birdow.

He is survived by his sons Edward Isedore Jr. (Barbara Ann) of Port Arthur, TX, Paul Isedore (Rachel) of Broken Arrow, OK, Calvin Isedore (April) of Baytown, TX, Arthur G. Isedore (Priscilla) of Beaumont, TX, Kenneth W. Isedore of Port Arthur, TX; his daughters Diane M. Larue of Rosharon, TX, JoAnn Lyons (Charles) of Port Arthur, TX, Sharon G. Guyton of Port Arthur, TX; sister-in-law Joyce Stevens of Houston, TX; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 11:00 am at Thomas Blvd. Church of Christ. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until 11:00 am with Bro. Leonard Joubert, officiating. Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
