Glenda Faye Elmore Washington, 67, of Port Arthur died Saturday, July 16, at her residence, surrounded by family and close friends.  She was a native of Port Arthur, Texas and was employed as a cook by Port Arthur Independent School District.  Glenda was also a member of Church of Jesus Christ Nationwide.

A visitation is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2016, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Kingdom Dominion Church at 3600 Memorial Boulevard.  Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
