Mark Anthony Starks, Sr. died Friday, July 15, 2016 at Methodist Hospital, Houston, Texas.

Visitation is scheduled from 12 until 2 p.m. Saturday at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with Apostle Simon Carron officiating. Burial will follow in Houston National Cemetery, Houston, Texas under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.

Mr. Starks is preceded in death by his father, Hillery Starks, Sr.
