Deborah Joyce Bellard Albert, 53, of Port Arthur died Sunday, July 10, 2016. She was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur and employed for many years as a healthcare provider.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Albert; daughter Tamika Bellard Brown; three grandchildren, LaBreyah “Bre” Bellard, Charles “CJ” Brown, Jr., and Cade Brown; brothers, Arnold Bolden, Robert Bellard, Sr., Donald Bellard, Sr., Carl Bellard, Johnny Brown, Haybert White, Calvin White, Howard White, Willie White, Robert White and McKinley Lott; sister Joann Brown; stepmother, Mary Brown; stepsisters Mary Poledore and Delia Johnson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday, July 18, 2016 at Christian Faith Baptist Church, 1919 Jefferson Drive, Port Arthur, TX with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
