Jack Ray Augustine entered this life on January 28, 1952 to the union of Reverend Albert D. Augustine Sr. and Sarah M. Augustine. He departed his earthly home on Friday, July 8, 2016.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Rev. Dr. Ransom Howard, Earnest Howard and Albert D. Augustine, Jr.

Jack is survived by one daughter, Shavonne Jackae’ Augustine Barideaux; one granddaughter, Shy’Ya Jade Rogers; a brother, John H. Augustine (Wanda); an aunt, Ella B. Deeds, a long time companion Elenor Moore and a host of family and friends.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, July 16, 2016 1:00 p.m. First Sixth Street Baptist Church. Viewing beginning at 11:00 a.m. Services entrusted to Hannah Funeral Home, Inc.
