PORT NECHES — All lanes of FM 366 (Pure Atlantic Highway) in Port Neches will be closed at Spur 136 for Kansas City Southern Rail Road to replace two railroad crossings. The closure will begin at 7 a.m. Monday, June 20 through 5 p.m. Friday, June 24.
