Fannie Leona Bussey

Fannie Leona Bussey, 88, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016 in Nederland, Texas.

Fannie was born June 7, 1927 in Wilkes County, Georgia to William J. Bailey and Bertha Turner Bailey. She was a resident of Port Neches since 1949 and a member of Central Baptist Church in Port Neches.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 30, 2016 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with the funeral service to follow at 2:30 p.m., with Dr. David Birdsong officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park.

Fannie was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Charley Ray Bussey, eight brothers, three sisters, and great-grandson Collin Foy.

Surviving relatives include her daughters, Kay Boudreaux and husband Jerry and Sherry Martin and husband Mike all of Port Neches, Texas; sister, Mary Nettles of Livingston, Texas; brothers, Leon Bailey of Livingston, Texas; Gene Bailey of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee; grandchildren, Laurie Foy Martin, Charlie Gallagher, Taft Foy, and Jeff Boudreaux; five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
