Robert Simpson

Robert Thomas “Tommy” Simpson, 62, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2016.  He was born on December 15, 1953, to the late Bob and Elizabeth Simpson of Port Arthur, Texas.  Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Kay Simpson and brother, Percy Fills Sr. of Port Arthur, TX and daughter, Stephanie Simpson, of Beaumont, TX.

Robert is survived by his son Bryan Simpson (Tara) of Rockwall, TX; one sister, Barbara Sigur (Leroy) of Port Arthur, TX; two brothers, Leroy Simpson of Port Arthur, TX, and Rudy Simpson, of Houston, Texas; two stepchildren, Amber Akers and Glen Martin of Orange, TX, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, May 21, 2016, at 10:00 am, at St. John’s Catholic Church in Port Arthur, TX. Interment will be Monday, May 23, 2016, at 12:45 pm, at Houston National Cemetery in Houston, TX under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
