Robert L. Troy, 72, of Port Arthur departed this life Tuesday, May 3, 2016 in Katy, TX. 

Survivors include: devoted daughter, Marie Troy; step daughters Quan Ned, Sonya Rose, Zarinah Bilal, Safiyah Bilal Bluncson, Khadijah Barkers; son, Bradley Walker, adopted son, Joseph Ned; 17 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William J. Troy and Robie T. Goudeaux Rodgers and sister, Shirley Foley.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016 at St. John Catholic Church with visitation from 8 a.m. until service time.  Burial will be in Houston National Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
