Gloria M. Landry, 89, of Port Arthur, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 8, 2016 at Mid Jefferson Extended Care Hospital.  She was born July 10, 1926 in Port Arthur to the late Whitney Joseph Boudreaux and Lydia Boudreaux.  For those who knew her, one thing stood out, her giving nature and unconditional love for people. She loved to crochet and refused to accept pay for anything she did; she saw this as her gift and shared it freely. She also enjoyed volunteer work, collecting toys for needy children at Christmas. She loved cooking, music, bingo and people.

Thanks to all of the people who took care of her at Oak Grove Nursing Home and at Gulf Coast Health and Rehab. She truly enjoyed the time she spent there making new friends and the way she was cared for, like family.

Gloria is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Dewey J. Boudreaux.
