Tammy Marlene Allen Webster Castleman, 52, of Nome, died Friday, April 22, 2016. She was born on September 8, 1963, in West Union, Ohio, to Rosa Mae Burns Rolph and Elmer Russell Rolph, and had been a longtime resident of the area.

Tammy loved butterflies and children. She enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, and a good campfire.

Survivors include her sons, Joshua Blinn and his wife, Angela, of Dallas and Harold Daniel Webster, Jr. of Fannett; grandchildren, Brooklyn, Sydney, Chance, and Paisley; sisters, Roweena Barnes of Nome and Carolyn Deaton and her husband, Sam, of Manchester, Ohio; brothers, Richard Scalf and his wife, Emily, of Dadeville, Alabama; Timothy Rolph and his wife, Hazel, of Kountze; and Tom Rolph and his wife, Barb, of West Union, Ohio; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Elmer Rolph.

A gathering of Mrs. Castleman’s family and friends will begin at 11:00 a.m., with her funeral to follow at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at Thompson Meeker Funeral Home, 216 West Mulberry Street, West Union, Ohio. Her interment will follow at West Union Cemetery, West Union, Ohio.
