On Sunday, March 13, 2016, Kelvin traded his earthly life for peaceful rest. God made His decision that it was time for Kelvin Wayne Valcin II to take his crown in glory in his Kingdom.

Funeral service will be held 11 am Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Harvest Time Bible Church in Port Arthur, Texas with visitation from 10 am until service time. Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
