This year’s fashions are provided by Dillard’s in Central Mall, and will feature models who are Guild members, or their families — all stepping out in style for a worthy cause

“Guild members and their children, grandchildren will be models, just whoever wanted to do it and have a little fun,” Tammy Courville, style show organizer, said.

Those participating will model anything from spring frocks to prom gowns and casual wear.

Dillard’s women’s fashion coordinator Marky Bellaire and her staff let the models select whatever they wanted for the style show, Courville said.

“It could be formal or casual, but all are the new fashions coming out this spring, Courville said.

A light ladies lunch will be provided with a menu of sandwiches, salad and a drink.

Those attending will also be able to participate in the Trash to Treasure Silent Auction.

The annual event benefits the group’s scholarship fund.

Every year Guild members award two college scholarships to deserving students. This year’s scholarship winners will be announced at the style show and luncheon.

The style show, luncheon and auction is from noon until 3 p.m. at the St. Charles Catholic Church Parish Hall, 120 S. 27th St., Nederland.

Admission is $10.
