Memorial services for Jane Spencer, 80, of Bullard are scheduled for 11:00am, Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Bullard First United Methodist Church with Bro. David Brasher officiating.  Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10:00- 11:00am at the church.
Graveside service will be at 2:00pm, Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 4955 Pine St., in Beaumont.
Mrs. Spencer passed away on Monday, February 29, 2016 in Tyler.
She was born on July 25, 1935 in Port Arthur to the late Charles Miller and Mildred Louise Davis Jolley.  She was a graduate of Lamar University where she was a member of Kappa Delta sorority and a Les Belle Cardinal.  While living in Port Arthur she was a member of the First Christian Church of Port Arthur for 61 years and sang in their church choir for 40 years.  After moving to Bullard where she has lived for the past 20 years, she was member of Bullard First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Richard (Dick) Spencer of Bullard; children, Stacie King of Pasadena, Keith Spencer and wife Theresa of Missouri and Beth Anne Geesing and husband Russell of Bullard; grandchildren, Ashley Renee, Jessica Geesing, Sarah Geesing and Forrest Spencer and one great grandchild, Austin Johnsen.
