More than 4,300 without power in portion of PA, Groves

Entergy Texas crews are currently working on a power outage affecting 4,369 customers.
Spokesperson Debi Derrick said the outage was detected at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday at the Kolbs substation located at 39th Street and Avalon Avenue.
Crews are working to restore power safely and as quickly as possible.
The cause of the outage is under investigation.
