Steven Anthony Neeb, Sr., 74, of Nederland, Texas passed away Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Mid Jefferson Extended Care.
Steven was born October 8, 194l in Port Arthur, Texas to Paul Neeb and Mary Eugenia Gresham Neeb. He was a lifelong area resident and of the Catholic faith. He retired from Entergy as a control room foreman. Steven proudly served in the U. S. Army as a pharmacy specialist.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Neeb.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Neeb of Nederland; mother, Mary Eugenia Neeb of Port Arthur; daughter, Sharon Taylor and her husband Mike of Nederland; son, Steven Neeb, Jr. of Nederland; sister, Mary Sturdevant and her husband Dr. Joe Sturdevant of Pennsylvania; three brothers, Paul Neeb and his wife Mary of Conroe, David Neeb of Amarillo, Thomas Neeb and his wife Amy of Carrollton; two grandsons, Daniel Blake and Jacob Thacker.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday evening from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. and a Rosary will be at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
