The Port Neches-Groves Lady Indians got another hat trick at the PN-G Kickoff Classic, this time it was junior Hailey Loupe’s turn to score three goals.
The Lady Indians defeated the Galveston Ball Lady Tornadoes 4-0 early Saturday morning to improve to 2-3-1.
Loupe’s hat trick came two days after Mikayla Johnson opened the Classic with a hat trick against Baytown Sterling.
Meryle Williams also scored Saturday and Grace Seymour had an assist. Libbie LeJuene had the shutout in goal.
The Lady Indians return to the field Tuesday at Jasper.

CLEAR FALLS 2, MEMORIAL 0
HOUSTON — The Port Arthur Memorial Titans fell 2-0 to Clear Fall in the third place at the Galena Park Tournament.
The Titans (1-4-1) were down 1-0 at halftime.
Arturo Villarreal had 10 saves in goal for Memorial and Clear Falls outshot the Titans 12-7.
The Titans are in the Lufkin Tournament next weekend. Memorial faces College Park at 4 p.m. Thursday.
