Port Arthur Police are searching for an armed man who robbed a clerk at Crawdads Convenience Store early Thursday.

Police were called to the store, located at 2440 FM 365, around 2 a.m. Dec. 31, PAPD Sgt. Scott Gaspard said.

A man wearing a hoodie and something covering his face pointed a gun at the clerk and robbed the clerk of cash and cigarettes. He then fled the store, Gaspard said.

No injuries were reported.
