PA man found guilty in 2013 Old School Shack murder

A jury has found Keenan Anderson, 22, guilty in the 2013 Easter weekend shooting death of Marcus “Big Country” Senegal.

Anderson faces anywhere from five years to life in prison and a fine of up to $10,000. Sentencing deliberations were ongoing as of Friday afternoon.

Senegal, 29, died from a gunshot wound to the abdomen on March 30, 2013 following a disturbance outside Old School Shack, 901 Houston Ave.

A second man received a gunshot wound to the leg during the shooting.

A second exchange of gunfire occurred about 30 minutes later at Prince Hall Apartments where two people received gunshot wounds.

The violence continued a day later at the apartment complex when three suspects got out of vehicles and fired between 30 to 50 rounds. Nine to 10 vehicles were hit ad one person was injured. His injury was not life threatening.

Attorney Thomas Burbank is representing Anderson. The prosecutor is Kobe Hoffpauir.
