On July 5th, 1956, in Lafayette, Louisiana, God blessed proud and loving parents, Narcisse Kennerson and Rita Carrier Kennerson with a precious baby boy.  They lovingly named him Larry Lee Oran Kennerson also known as “Big Dip”.
On Monday, November 2, 2015, Larry traded his earthly life for peaceful rest.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Etienne Kennerson and sisters Laura Bell Kennerson and Joyce Solomon.
He leaves to cherish his memories six siblings, Eugene, Herbert, Vincent, Russell, James and Matthew Kennerson; a host of nieces, nephews, and other devoted relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, November 14, 2015 at St. John’s Catholic Church in El Vista with a visitation from 9 a.m. until service time.  Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
