GROVES — The Groves Seniors meet at 5649 W. Washington. The center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday we play Bingo at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday we offer a Chair Exercise Class at 9:30 a.m.

Daily we play games and work on a puzzle. If you would like to eat with us, please call 963-1036 the day before by 11:30 a.m. We will have our Thanksgiving meal Nov. 24. Please make your reservation by the Nov. 17. The center will be closed Nov. 26-27 for Thanksgiving. On Nov. 16 we will celebrate our November birthdays.

On Nov. 10 Kim Hernandez with Professional Home Health will call Bingo. Nov. 12th April Knapp with A-Med will call Bingo. Nov. 24th Heart to Heart Hospice will sing for us. The Groves Seniors would like to send a Special THANK YOU to Coastal Caregivers, Inc. and everyone who rode their bikes to help The Groves Seniors.

Barbara Eddington, thanks for your hard work putting together The Tour De Groves Event. Another fundraiser is coming up soon for the Beaumont Nutrition Center. They will sell pies and cookies for Thanksgiving. More information is to come next week.   Come join us at The Groves Center for good food, fun, and fellowship. We hope to see you soon.
