Isaac Jermaine Kelly of Perris, CA died Saturday, October 3, 2015.  A native of Perris, CA he was a resident of Port Arthur for 26 years.  While in Port Arthur, he was employed with Senior Rehabilitation and Gulf Health Care Center and a member of Seventh Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Janice Sly; father Charlie Roy; sisters, Tamesha Davis and Janice N. Kelly; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Seventh Street Baptist Church, 1200 7th Street, Port Arthur, TX with a viewing from 9 a.m. until service time.  Rev. John Doyle III will officiate.  Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
