Port Arthur Police have arrested Logan Wayne Carter, 19, of Port Neches for the murder of Michael Blanchard.

Justice of the Peace Marc DeRouen set bond at $100,000.

Blanchard was found with at least one gunshot wound behind Royal Furniture on Gulfway Drive early Tuesday morning.
