The deceased body of a Port Arthur man was found in a car early Thursday morning after a passer by saw the vehicle near the intersection of Sixth Avenue and 15th Street.
The victim, a 25-year-old black man  whose name has not been released, was determined to be deceased inside the white Buick Regal with multiple gunshot wounds, Justice of the Peace Brad Burnett told The News Tuesday.
Because of the gunshot wounds, police are investigating the death as a homicide.
