An elderly Vidor couple was stabbed to death in their Timberlane Drive home late Thursday, where there were indications of a violent struggle, but not of a robbery.
Vidor police have not yet released the names of the couple, but are searching for a grey 2006 Chevrolet extended cab truck with a bed cover. The license plate number is Texas CA9-180, according to a press statement issued by the police department.

Police were called shortly after 11 p.m. Thursday night to the 300 block of Timberlane.
The bodies were discovered in the hallway and in the home’s kitchen with evidence of multiple stab wounds. The man’s body showed defensive wounds from a knife attack.
The man’s wallet was found inside his pocket.
Orange County Justice of the Peace Derry Dunn has ordered an autopsy.
