Victoriano Enrique Garcia, age 82, passed away on May 11, 2012. He was born on February 22, 1930 in Port Arthur, Texas where he was a life-long resident. He retired from Boilermakers Local 587 as a welder. Henry enjoyed his many hobbies which were fishing, metal detecting and artifact hunting.

Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Carmen and Justina Garcia and brother, Guadalupe Garcia.

He is survived by his wife, Henrietta Bourque Garcia; sons, Neal Garcia and wife Sherri of Katy, Texas, Ray Garcia and wife Sheila of Nederland, Texas, Trini Garcia and wife Desiree of Kingwood, Texas; brothers, Frank Garcia of Groves, Texas, Phillip Garcia of Nederland, Texas, Joe Garcia of LaJoya, Texas, George Garcia of Port Arthur, Texas, Jesse Garcia (Junior) of Port Arthur, Texas, Richard Garcia of Orange, Texas, Andrew Garcia of Nederland, Texas; sisters, Hope Herrera of Nederland, Texas, Gloria Reyes of Beaumont, Texas, Mary Llanes of Groves, Texas and three grandchildren, Timothy, Bailie and Carter Garcia.

Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 PM Monday, May 14, 2012 with a rosary at 7:00 PM at the funeral home. A funeral service will be at 3:30 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home, 5200 39th Street, Groves, Texas. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The J.C. Garcia memorial scholarship fund at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Port Arthur.
