Port Arthur Police calls Nov. 28 through Dec. 3:

Port Arthur Police responded to the following calls from Nov. 28 through Dec. 3:
Wednesday, Nov. 28
• A 2012 Nissan Versa was reported stolen from Hertz Rent-A-Car, 4545 Twin City Hwy. The lease agreement for the vehicle expired on Aug. 23.
• Felony theft of approximately $13,250 in cash was reported at The Singla Eye Institute.
• A 37-inch Vizio TV, two DVD players, Wii game system, two Toshiba lap tops and assorted Christmas gifts were stolen from a residence at Valley View Estates, 5801 N. Twin City Hwy.
• A 2000 Dodge Ram truck was stolen from Central Mall parking lot, 3100 Central Mall Drive.
• A person was arrested for assault/family violence and resisting arrest in the 1300 block of Jefferson Drive.
• A 16-cubic yard dump truck bed was stolen from Franks’s Trucking, 3015 Commerce St.
• Theft of wire was reported in the 700 block of Woodworth Boulevard.
• Criminal mischief to a vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of Williams Avenue.
• A Playstation 3, HP lap top and miscellaneous DVD’s were stolen from a home in the 100 block of West 14th Street.
• A person was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 2300 block of Memorial Boulevard.
Thursday, Nov. 29
• A flat screen TV and XBox 360 were stolen from a residence at Lincoln Square Apartments, 804 W. 13th St.
• A 20-pack of 12 ounce cans of Bud Light were stolen form Express Mart, 2920 Jimmy Johnson Blvd. after a clerk refused to sell beer after hours.
• Violation of protective order was reported in the 1400 block of Stilwell Boulevard.
• Criminal mischief was reported in the 2900 block of Seventh Street.
• A person was detained for criminal trespass at Cedar Ridge Apartment complex, 7601 Ninth Ave.
• A person was arrested for criminal trespass at Speedy Stop, 600 W. Gulfway Drive.
• An auto-pedestrian accident was reported in the 2700 block of Memorial Boulevard after an officer was struck by a car while directing traffic.
• A 36-inch Samsung flat screen TV was stole from a home in the 3300 block of 18th Street.
• Two Nikita 4-inch grinders and two Milwaukee brand saws, total value approximately $1,000, were stolen from a vehicle at Comfort Inn, 7800 Memorial Blvd.
• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 1400 block of Abe Lincoln.
• A 2013 Chevrolet Impala was stolen from Valley View Estates, 5801 Twin City Hwy.
• Two steel cut-off saws, valued at $1,500 each, and two Honda winter pumps, valued at $400 each, were stolen from a building in the 2300 block of Texas 73.
Friday, Nov. 30
• State jail felony criminal mischief was reported after someone damaged a vehicle and attempted to set it on fire in the 3100 block of 29th Street.
• A person was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 2900 block of Procter Street.
• A man’s wallet containing $30 in cash and identification cards and a T-Mobile HTC Sensation cell phone were stolen from a vehicle in the 4100 block of Blackberry Lane.
• A Michael Kors draw string purse, valued at $400, containing a TWIC car, house and car keys and gift cards was stolen from a person at Larry’s Discount Liquor, 2606 Memorial Blvd.
• Criminal mischief to a vehicle was reported in the 3100 block of Thomas Boulevard.
• A Garmin GPS and Sony digital camera were stolen from a vehicle in the 4100 block of Blackberry.
• A Blu-Ray player, Playstation video games, Wii video arcade games, four lap tops and various pieces of jewelry were stolen from a home in the 4300 block of Willowbend Lane.
Saturday, Dec. 1
• Two people were arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine in the 1700 block of Fifth Avenue. Officers reportedly found a clear plastic baggie with 22 individual plastic baggies containing marijuana, approximate weight 38.61 grams; a clear plastic baggie containing cocaine, approximate weight of 47.40 grams; and ; a clear plastic baggie containing cocaine, approximate weight of 22.78 grams.
• A person was arrested for possession of marijuana, .039 ounces, in the 700 block of Richmond Avenue.
• Assault was reported in the 700 block of Richmond Avenue.
• A person was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container in the 6100 block of Texas 87.
• A building at Capri Club was burglarized and between $800 to $900 in cash was stolen at 8585 Ninth Ave.
• A person was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, crack cocaine, at Little Caesar’s, 2517 Jefferson Drive. The suspect reportedly contacted police stating they wished to turn themselves in.
• An adult was arrested and a juvenile released to a parent on charges of theft at Walmart, 8585 Memorial Blvd.
• Aggravated assault was reported at The Shire Apartments, 4120 FM 365.
• Criminal trespass was reported at Walmart, 4999 Twin City Hwy.
• Assault/family violence was reported in the 600 block of West 15th Street.
• A six to seven inch veiled chameleon was stolen from Petco, 8735 Memorial Blvd.
• A person was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 1700 block of Florida Avenue.
• Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 5200 block of Ninth Street.
Sunday, Dec. 2
• A person was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 4200 block of Gulfway Drive.
• A person was arrested and taken to the Minnie Rogers booking facility on a charge of possession of crack cocaine in the 600 block of Florida Avenue.
• A 60-inch Samsung LCD HD TV was reported stolen from a residence at Rampart Apartments, 1632 Village East Blvd.
• A person was arrested for failure to identify fugitive/give false information in the 1500 block of Grannis Avenue.
• A person was arrested for possession of marijuana, 1.18 grams, in the 400 block of West 17th Street.
• Aggravated assault/family violence was reported in the 4200 block of Stoneybrooke Drive.
• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 1300 block of DeQueen Boulevard.
• Criminal mischief was reported in the 1300 block of New Orleans.
Monday, Dec. 3
• A person was arrested for possession of a controlled substance/PCP, tampering with physical evidence, evading arrest with prior conviction at Southwood Crossing, 3901 Texas 73.
• Evading arrest/detention and possession of a controlled substance, synthetic marijuana, was reported in the 3700 block of Seventh Street. The suspect later fled from police.
• A purse and wallet were stolen from a vehicle at Murphy USA, 4995 Twin City Hwy.
• A person was arrested for possession of marijuana, 1.81 ounces, at M&M Superette, 2800 Memorial Blvd.
• A Motorola Driod Razor phone with case, TomTom GPS and Remington 30-06 rifle with Nikon Prostaff scope were stolen from a vehicle in the 2800 block of Sixth Street.
