Alzheimer patient missing, police ask community’s help

Port Arthur Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a 78-year-old Alzheimer’s patient who has been missing since Oct. 17.
Albert Clayton wandered from his Port Arthur home last week and was brought home about 2 a.m. Oct. 17 by Nederland Police officers. Shortly afterward Clayton left his home once again.
Temperatures are expected to drop later this week and through the weekend and police are concerned for Clayton’s safety, PAPD Det. Mickey Sterling said.
