As we head into this week’s action, at the Max, it is time once again to give thanks for all the material things we have received with the help of a higher presence. Please keep in mind our military men and women who are overseas  trying to continue to allow us, the American people, continue to keep the privileges that we have. Most importantly please pray for those who are  fighting everyday struggles and are not as fortunate as we are.

Last week’s action saw some familiar names that have not been on top of the leader in recent weeks. Golden Oldies had Gloria Divello leading the way for the Senior women as she started big with a 231 and cooled to games of 170-154 for a 555 series.

Energy Country Ford League had a couple of the lead bowlers this week. Raul Bastidas led all the Senior men with a 227-248-247 on his way to a nice 722 series. Belinda Powell lead all the women this week as she hammered out games of 258-235-207 for a even 700 set.

Not to be left out the Valero League had our high male bowler of the week. George Duke lined up his mark as he crushed the pins for games of 259-237-279  for a sweet 775 series.

Due to a majority of the leagues not bowling this week, we will have our next article that will capture next week’s bowling, come out Dec. 8. Until then Happy Thanksgiving and good bowling.
