Elderly man robs Texas First Bank in Port Arthur

Port Arthur Police and the FBI are searching for an elderly man who robbed Texas First Bank, 10607 Memorial Blvd. on Monday.

The robbery was reported shortly after 1 p.m. Nov. 23.

The suspect is described as a white male possibly in his 80’s. He was wearing a tuxedo with a red dress shirt.

PAPD Sgt. Kris Boneau said the man entered the bank and demanded money from the cashier. It is unknown if he is armed or not.

He was last seen in an older model vehicle, possible a Cutlass heading east toward Nederland Avenue in Nederland.
