A Nederland senior citizen who was the focus of a Silver Alert was located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana Tuesday night.
The Texas Department of Public Safety issued the Silver Alert for Thomas Joseph Collins, 84, who was reportedly last seen in Tuesday morning in Port Neches. Collins had been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.
Collins was safely located about 6:45 p.m. Tuesday by Cameron Parish Sheriff deputies.
