• Shari Depaola, 47, warrant other agency
• Rex Prewitt, 40, criminal trespass of motor vehicle
• William Miller, 51, warrant other agency
• Nicholas Barton, 21, harboring a runaway, evading arrest
• Dustin Shelton, 40, disorderly conduct by loud and profane language
• Charles Emerson, 32, Nederland warrants, possession of a controlled substance
• Jason Young, 45, aggravated assault against a public servant, theft of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon and warrant other agency
• Brayden hicks, 25, warrant other agency
• Alfredo Almaguer Vargas, 32, public intoxication
• Key Ara Reno, 27, public intoxication
• Henry Reed, 43, driving while intoxicated

• A theft was reported in the 2700 block of FM 365.
• A runaway was reported in the 900 block of Avenue B.

Dec. 12

• Criminal mischief was reported in the 8300 block of Lake Placid.
• A theft was reported in the 1000 block of Nederland Avenue.
• Credit card or debit card abuse was reported in the 2300 block of Avenue H.
• A runaway was reported in the 900 block of Avenue B.
• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 3300 block of FM 365.
• A person was arrested on Nederland warrants in the 1400 block of Boston Avenue.
• A theft was reported in the 3500 block of FM 365.

Dec. 13

• Burglary of a habitation was reported in the 2400 block of Avenue A.
• A person was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and another agency’s warrant in the 1400 block of Nederland Avenue.
• A person was arrested for harboring a runaway and evading with a vehicle near U.S. 69 and Rolfe Christopher Drive in Beaumont.
• A person was arrested on a mental commitment in the 1400 block of Boston.
• A theft was reported in the 3600 block of FM 365.
• Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Nederland Avenue.

• A person was arrested on another agency’s warrant in the 2700 block of Avenue H.
• A person was found to be in possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone in the 2100 block of North 18^th Street.

• Terroristic threat and disorderly conduct was reported in the 3600 block of Nederland Avenue.
• Burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 1800 block of Nederland Avenue.
• Online solicitation of a minor was reported in the 1900 block of Avenue H.
• A person was arrested for disorderly conduct by loud and profane language in the 2400 block of Avenue B.
• Assault family violence was reported in the 2400 block of Avenue B.
• A person was arrested for Nederland warrants and possession of a controlled substance in the 900 block of South 17^th Street.
