Hundreds of job seekers and employers filled Robert A. “Bob” Bowers Civic Center Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the Spring Job Fair. The event was sponsored by Workforce Solutions Southeast Texas, the Greater Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce, Lamar State College Port Arthur, Valero and Whataburger.
