The City of Port Arthur announced Thursday morning that team members are working a major traffic crash in the 2000 block of West Highway 73 eastbound.

Highway 73 eastbound will be closed between Jade Avenue and West Port Arthur Road.

Please use an alternative route and expect traffic delays.

Authorities said they would announce when the roadway is reopened.
