The Texas Department of Transportation has announced a lane closure for Port Arthur on Thursday.

SH73 eastbound from Savannah to 9th Avenue will be down to one lane of traffic from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday.

The closure is due to construction

Motorists are told to expect possible delays.
