A Mid County area has one less thing to worry about.
Authorities removed a 9-foot-8-inch alligator from a ditch near U.S. 69 between Spurlock Road and FM 3514, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday.
Deputy D. Bailey and Texas Game Warden McFall relocated the reptile to the J.D. Murphee Wildlife Refuge.
