Port Arthur Police and the Blue Santa program are sponsoring Trunk or Treat again this year.
The event is set for 6:30 p.m. Oct. 28 — until the candy runs out — at the Robert A. “Bob” Bowers Civic Center.
It is recommended vendors wear masks and gloves.
