According to a person identified as Taylor Allen on gofundme.com, a fundraising effort has been set up for the family of the victim — Carter Osborn.

The fundraising page says: “Taylor Osborn’s youngest son, Carter — an energetic, athletic, sweet, funny little boy — tragically passed away after an accident involving an ATV. While we are grateful that the driver of the 4-wheeler has been apprehended by authorities, the Osborn family has had their lives suddenly and permanently altered. Carter is the beloved son of Taylor Osborn and the youngest brother to Bentley and BJ, and will be deeply missed by his immediate and extended family and friends.”
